Which Used iPad is the Best Deal?

If you are thinking about buying a used iPad, but aren’t sure which model is the best deal, we’ve got some pricing info to help you sort it out.  To start, let’s look at the current average price for used iPads:

While the new market has a pretty fixed rate of $100 jump per upgrade in memory and a $130 up-charge for 3G service, the used market varies widely.  In reviewing the current market prices, the 32GB, Wi-Fi + 3G appears to offer the best value as of July 22nd.  Not only is it the lowest percent off it's original retail price (39% lower than $729), but it also sports the lowest price jump from both a memory standpoint and connection standpoint.  It’s only $18 more than the 16GB 3G and $34 more than the Wi-Fi only version of the 32MB.  However, if it’s straight price that concerns you, the 16GB Wi-Fi only version wins every time, whether it’s new or used!
